General Information

Booking a Session...

Each personalized photo session includes careful planning and thought to make your photo experience reflect who you are. If you have a particular theme in mind, please let me know. If you'd like photos captured at different locations during your session, there will be $75 fee for an extra location (must be within 10 minutes of each other).

Sessions can be booked directly through this website under the desired package. Simply click "Book Now" under the package you are interested in This will take you to a page with my calendar where you will choose a date and time and then complete the booking process. A $75 plus tax non-refundable retainer payment is due at booking.

Session prices are non-negotiable. However, I would be happy to set up a payment plan for your convenience. If you're interested in a payment plan, simply let me know. Please remember that 6% sales tax will be added to all session fees, print and product orders. The balance must be paid in full on the date of your photo shoot. Cash, check, and major credit cards are accepted.

Timing for Sessions...

The best lighting for outdoor sessions is during the couple hours after sunrise or the couple hours before sunset. For best results and consistency, I try to book most sessions during these times. Newborn sessions are booked in the late morning in studio or at your home. Studio sessions are typically booked between 10am and 3pm.

Preparing for your Session...

Approximately one week prior to your session you will receive a reminder email, directions and an attached questionnaire. This questionnaire is extremely important and helps both you and I prepare for your upcoming session. It compiles special photo requests as well as the personalities of individuals being photographed, color schemes of outfits, color preferences, backdrop choices, etc. If you have a particular theme in mind, please let me know.

I have many props and backdrops to choose from and am happy to work with you to pick props and backgrounds that fit your style and color themes. If you are looking for something specific, please do not hesitate to ask. I love planning with clients to get all of the details set before the shoot.

After the Session...

Within three weeks of your session, you will receive an email with a password protected online gallery to view your proofs. At this time, you will select the number of images included in your package as favorites. You do have the option to purchase additional images or the entire gallery, if you decide you want more than what your package included. Once you have selected your favorites, the photos will go through a final round of editing. My editing includes skin retouching, blemish removal, minimal stray hair removal and lint removal. Requests for other editing (extensive editing and/or head swap requests) may incur additional fees. Once edits are complete, you will then receive your final gallery with a print release at which time you may then download the images digitally.

Ordering prints and other products...

You do have the ability to order professional quality prints, canvases, photo album books, and other products through the final gallery which are shipped directly to your home within a couple weeks. If you prefer your images mailed to you on a USB flash drive, there will be a $40 fee.

For each full session, clients receive 3 points.

For each short & sweet/mini session, clients receive 2 points.

Once you have accumulated 8 total points, you will be rewarded an $80 print credit to be used towards prints only.
